Zeds Dead Dallas Concert reviews
Show was AMAZING… wait to get inside was not
Absolutely horrible was the process to get inside. Can not say enough amazing things about Zeds Deads performance! Each one, you were able to enter through more than one door, and were not required to wait outside. Here we were met with a line of people probably 200 deep. Not only did we wait outside, there was nothing sent indicating we could only enter through terminal 5.
This is the 5th concert this year we have attended with PIT seats, and each one, you were able to enter through more than one door, and were not required to wait outside. No where on the tickets or the ticket email did it indicate we could enter through gate 5 only, which would be useful information for people so they can be dropped off closer to that gate and not have to walk to the other side of the venue. Played a great show, long, and felt like we heard all the songs we wanted to.
Because the United Center does not have a coat check, half of our group left their heavy winter coats at home not aware we would be standing in the cold for close to an hour and a half. As for the process to get inside, it was absolutely horrible.
I have never spent close to $200.00 each on a ticket and had to wait outside, in the freezing cold for an hour and a half. Again, I am unsure why this concert Pit was only allowed to enter through one gate, as I have attended PLENTY of concerts with PIT tickets, where were were not required to wait outside like this.
